Disney Chairman and CEO Robert Iger announced today that we would finally be getting what we’ve all been waiting for – a sequel to one of their best films, The Incredibles!

With the accolades taking place late this year due to the Winter Olympics and so many lead changes amongst our top contenders even we are suffering from a little ‘Oscar Season Fatigue’. That being said, we’re excited for the biggest night of the year in the entertainment industry. Which film will come out on top? What will be the big shocker (you know they’ll be at least one)? Disney’s Maleficent New Trailer Released! Check It Out!

The new trailer for Disney’s Maleficent opens with footage from the Disney film that inspired it: 1959’s animated classic Sleeping Beauty. “Behind the kiss, behind the magic, behind the legend of Sleeping Beauty,” promises the trailer for this year’s Maleficent, which cuts between the two films in an effort to draw a direct connection between them. Check out the new trailer!

Will Maleficent beat Frozen in the box office? Or will it play second fiddle? We’ll find out when Maleficent hits theaters in May. I know I’m excited!

Maleficent is right up there with Ursula as the best Disney villain of all time. I can’t imagine anyone bringing her to life on the big screen aside from Angelina Jolie. Those eyes! Oscar Drama! Idina or Demi?! Who Would You Pick To Sing The Hit “Frozen”?!

The nominations for the 86th Academy Awards have been announced and with them different reactions, but maybe none so much as the debate over which  artist should perform the song “Let it Go” from the Disney film Frozen. Demi Lovato and Idina Menzel have both performed versions of the Oscar-nominated tune. The soundtrack is also popular, currently occupying the top spot on the Billboard charts.

Disney’s Frozen Going To Broadway!

After winning a Golden Globe for Best Animated Feature film, Disney’s hit movie Frozen is going to Broadway. The news comes straight from the mouth of Disney CEO and Chairman Bob Iger, who said in an interview with Fortune that he has plans to turn the franchise into a musical.
